More than two years since it was first announced, Montenegro’s new Citizenship by Investment Program is now officially open! The Montenegro Citizenship by Investment Program will be limited to only 2,000 applicants over a three-year period. The processing time takes around 6 months.. .
The Price is a minimum of:
200.000 EUR Donation in a Government Funds plus
15,000 EUR Government Application Fee for Single plus each member 10.000 EUR, up to 4 Dependent,
50,000 EUR after the fourth Dependent each plus
Government Due diligence fees:
Main applicant: €7,000
Dependent (up to four): €10,000
Dependent (after the fourth): €1,500 plus
Real estate Investment:
250,000 € investment in approved real estate in a undeveloped area (in the north of the country),
or 450,000 € Investment in approved real estate in a developed region (in the south of the country). plus
Advisor & Lawyer Fee:
75.000 EUR Advisor and Lawyer Fess (Notary Fee is separate)
The full Investment and Donation you have to deposit in the escrow Account by the Government with the application. This Contribution is post-approval to pay and will go back to applicant, if the Government decides against it.

Montenegro Citizenship by Investment Options
Montenegro Citizenship by Investment Options: The investor and family has to make a significant economic contribution to the country (donation plus real estate investment as listed above) and can immediately obtain their passports once their application is approved and the documents are valid for an initial period of five years with the possibility to renew indefinitely. It is not required to permanently reside in the country. Deprivation of citizenship may occur if the citizen does not spend at least 5 days in Montenegro during the period of five calendar years after having obtained citizenship and they will not be entitled to repayment of any investment, contribution or purchase price made by them in their original application for citizenship. Furthermore, deprivation of citizenship will occur where such registration as a citizen was obtained by false representation or fraud or wilful concealment of material facts or the person has been convicted in Montenegro of an act of treason or sedition.
How to apply for citizenship in Montenegro?
To apply for Citizenship Program Montenegro applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be of a good character with no criminal record, and have good health. An applicant may apply together with his or her spouse and dependent children, and, in some cases, dependant elderly parents or grandparents.

Montenegro Passport
Montenegro passport is issued to citizens of Montenegro for international travel. The passport is valid for 10 years. As of 1 January 2017, Montenegrin citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 123 countries and territories, ranking the Montenegrin passport 45th in terms of travel freedom according to the Henley visa restrictions index.
